All copyright laws apply to your own videos as well as videos made by others. That goes for both the pictures and the sound in the video. So do not upload anything you do not own the legal rights to, it is against the law. It is not allowed to record and publish anything from TV or other video or audio sources unless you’ve got a written permission from the copyright holder to do so.
Your CD is not "your CD"
