30 days or more from you sell until you will be paid
To avoid anyone from publishing illegal material or exploit people through mobile downloads, the telephone companies (o2, 3, Vodafone, T-Mobile etc.) have made a “safety period” of at least 30 days. This period is a way for the telephone companies to have time to see if any complaints are made over the content published and sent out over their network. If complaints are made, it gives them time to investigate matters before anyone can disappear with the money made on the downloads.
The period goes from the 1st of the month after it has been downloaded and 30 days forward.
We are not holding back any money from you, so as soon as we get the money from the telephone companies, they will be forwarded to your account.
If you break the terms & conditions
If any of the terms and conditions are broken the telephone companies have the right to keep the money made on the downloads and even prosecute you if any laws are broken.
You might have to pay tax from your Mobloom income.
Remember to check with the tax authorities whether or not you will have to pay tax from your income from Mobloom. This is your own responsibility and nothing Mobloom will interfere with in any way.
