All information you provide us will be kept confidential
Any personal information which you provide to us and/or which we obtain about you through your usage of Mobloom, will be kept secure and confidential. This means we will not re-sell or pass any of this on to any 3rd parties.
This confidentiality goes for every user who downloads your video from Mobloom as well.
It is safe to download from Mobloom.
To completely avoid anyone from misusing Mobloom and keeping the people who download from any Mobloom service safe from misuse of their personal data, Mobloom will not even allow you (the video publisher) to see the phone numbers in your list of subscribers. You will be able to see how many people are in the list and other statistics but any personal details like name and phone number are kept hidden by the system.
To be able to send videos to people Mobloom of course has to register their phone numbers and details about their handset but this information will be safely kept inside of Mobloom and will never see the light of day.
Legal authorities can claim to see your personal info.
The only circumstances under which we might disclose information about you or your downloaders use of Mobloom is for law enforcement agencies, and/or other authorities, for the investigation, prevention and detection of crime and the apprehension and prosecution of offenders.
You are required to explain this to your downloaders in any promotional material you are publishing. So weather you are making a poster, a website, a flyer or whatever: always write the price so that the user knows what he is buying and for how much.
