We love Mobloom and what it makes us all able to do! However, the act of sending video out to mobiles holds a lot of possible risk of breaching a variety of laws and regulations.
In the following we provide you with a way of navigating this jungle of rules, law and regulations.Please make sure you truly do read and understand the terms and conditions. They are there for your protection, not the usual legal mumbo-jumbo. The UK telecommunications branch organisation (ISCTIS) has a zero-tolerance policy.
Obeying the law is your responsibility not ours
It is solely you responsibility that your video does not break any of these rules. If they do, you will be held directly responsible in any juridical sense.
If your video breaches any of the following rules we hold the right to deactivate your account and in the worst case you will be approached by the legal authorities and maybe face prosecution.
These are the rules you must agree to be bound by and comply with, before publishing your video through Mobloom.

Promotional Material
You must be honest about the content of the video you advertise and you have to give customers a way of contacting you, click here for details
Payment
Your funds are held by the telco's for a security period. As soon as the funds are released by them you are able to withdraw them. Mobloom pays via cheque, which you can expect to arrive within a week of ordering a withdrawal. click here for details

If you breach the Mobloom terms and conditions
You will be black-listed from using the system, any earnings will be confiscated, legal authorities may be contacted and you may be prosecuted
If any Terms & Conditions change, we will let you know.
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
If they do, we will email you the changes and you will have to actively agree to them to keep your videos (new as old) active on Mobloom.
